I started doing yoga in 2009 after suffering low back problems. I received my 200 hr teacher certification from Red Door yoga in 2015 and love sharing my practice. I teach hatha, yin, ashtanga, kids, power and restorative styles of yoga. In 2017 I helped create a yoga wellness program for Loon lake retreats. We teach yoga for corporate groups, schools, and any group that wants to add something to their experience. I look forward to sharing my practice with you some day.
