Teacher Training Programs. Karen loves to teach Power Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Rehabilitation, Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga & Fitness, TRX, and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga. She is also an Alumni Ambassador for Lululemon Coquitlam and was apresenter at Wanderlust Whistler Yoga Conference 2014.

I started doing yoga in 2009 after playing with the Wii fit. After I got the courage to go to a class I stated to find out that there was more to yoga than getting a good stretch. The teachers I studied with were amazing at relaying the impact that yoga can have on your life.
I completed my 200 hr teacher training with RDY in Sept 2015.
Wendy has taught our sup yoga for the last 7 years and this year will be leading us in our meditation as well.
During this class we will invoke the warrior power of the goddess Durgha! I’ll tell you the story of Durgha (she’s pretty badass) we’ll chant to invoke the Durgha power within us & then we’ll meditate together.
This meditation is excellent if you ever feel powerless or if you feel anxious. Whenever I find myself in a situation that seems completely insurmountable I call on Durgha - it always helps ⭐
